During this time of the year in Japan we think about war and discuss about the huge disaster it brings. I made this video when I heard a story from my grandmother how she lost her beloved one during world war ll. She met my grandfather a few years later so if it was not for that experience I would not exist. However, I felt her deep sorrow and made this video. This is one of my earliest work. 

この時期、日本では戦争について考え、戦争がもたらす多大な惨事について議論します。このビデオは、祖母が最愛の人を第二次世界大戦中に失った時の話を聞いて作りました。数年後、祖母は祖父と出会ったので、その経験が無ければ私は存在しないのですが、祖母の深い悲しみを感じこのビデオを作りました。これは私の初期の頃の作品です。
